Frequently asked questions
Short answers on verification, staged disclosure and scope — before you request access.
Why is verification required before access?
Verification protects sellers and filters for serious parties. Nothing identifying moves before ownership, authority and investor checks are complete.
What happens after I sign an NDA?
The NDA is a threshold, not full access. Disclosure remains staged: it advances with profile fit, seriousness and the step of the process.
What does “staged disclosure” mean?
Level 0: sector, region and transaction type. Level 1: value drivers and scale. Level 2: identifying information and summary financials, after the NDA. Level 3: the logged data room.
Do you provide investment advice or valuations?
No. GalataAssets provides orientation and transaction preparation only. Audit, legal, tax and valuation work belongs to licensed professionals. See Legal & Scope.
Do you offer citizenship or residency services?
No. Citizenship, residency and immigration matters are entirely outside our scope.
How does data room access work?
Documents are classified and opened by role; every view is logged. Access closes when the process ends.
Who performs legal, tax and valuation work?
Licensed local professionals, acting under their own responsibility. Where the platform makes an introduction, any commercial relationship is disclosed.
What does “selected” mean?
It means the opportunity passed ownership, authority and documentation checks. It is a preparation filter — not an endorsement, rating or recommendation.
What should I not expect from this platform?
Open listings, instant disclosure, valuation opinions, legal or tax advice, and citizenship or residency services are all outside scope. The platform prepares and runs a controlled process; it does not market assets.
Is access to specific files assured after verification?
No. Verification grants access to the process, not to any particular file. Which files open depends on profile fit and the seller's consent at each stage.
Will I see valuations on the platform?
No. Valuation is the work of licensed appraisers; their reports enter the data room as classified documents. Nothing on a card or page is a price opinion.
