Local counsel

Turkish counsel reviews title structure, corporate authority, contract chains and regulatory consents. Counsel typically enters before the NDA stage on your side, and always before any binding step. Court-sworn translation of key documents is standard practice; bilingual document sets are common but the Turkish version usually governs.

Tax advisor

Asset deals, share deals and business transfers carry different tax consequences in Türkiye. A local tax advisor models these before you shape an offer — not after. Cross-border structuring questions belong here as well.

Valuation specialist

The platform never produces valuations. Licensed appraisers and sector specialists do; their reports enter the data room as classified documents. Treat any number you see earlier as context, not conclusion.

Technical advisor

For hotels, plants and logistics assets, technical review covers condition, capacity, maintenance history and compliance. It is usually scheduled inside the data-room stage, with site visits arranged under the same confidentiality discipline.

Disclosed introductions

Where the platform introduces a professional, any commercial relationship behind that introduction is disclosed. You remain free to bring your own advisors at every step — most international investors do both.

Conflict-of-interest awareness

Ask every advisor the same two questions: who else do you act for in this transaction, and how are you compensated? Clean answers early prevent disputes late.
